Cleansing, Exfoliating & Masks
Cleansers
Cleansers: These are typically the first step in a skincare routine. They are designed to remove dirt, oil, makeup, and impurities from your skin.
Exfoliators
Scrubs: They help remove dead skin cells through physical (or sometimes chemical) exfoliation. Scrubs usually contain small granules or particles that help slough off the top layer of dead skin, revealing fresher, smoother skin underneath. They don't remove impurities or makeup.
Masks
Masks: Skincare masks are typically used after cleansing, and they can offer a range of benefits, like hydration, purifying the skin, or targeting specific concerns (such as acne or dullness). Although masks have cleansing properties, such as clay, they don't replace the role of a daily cleanser.
