House Of Treasures processes and ships orders within 2–3 business days using USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $14.95.

Order Processing & Shipping

• Processing Time: Allow 2–3 business days to prepare and ship items.

• Daily Cut-off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST process the next business day.

• Shipping Method: All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

• Tracking: Confirmation emails with tracking details are sent when items ship.​

 

Packaging & Product Integrity

• Seals: Facial creams, balms, and butters feature pressure-sensitive airtight liners.

• Glass Protection: Cobalt Blue Glass shields specialty sizes from light.

• Packaging Design: Items are wrapped in blue tissue paper inside sage organza bags.​

 

Returns & Exchanges

• Unopened Policy: Contact the shop within 10 days of delivery for exchanges or store credit.

• Damaged Goods: Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours to hazel@houseoftreasuresnj.com with photos.

• Exclusions: Opened products, gift cards, and promotional bundles cannot be returned.​

 

Payment & Taxes

• Payment Types: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted.

• Sales Tax: A 6.625% New Jersey state tax applies to orders shipped within NJ.
