Order Processing & Shipping

Micro-Batch Freshness: To ensure peak potency, our products are hand-crafted in limited micro-batches. We prepare small, fresh inventories for our scheduled craft shows and prepare custom batches as orders are placed. Please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare and ship your order.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) EST will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking: Once your order ships via USPS Priority Mail, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard Shipping: All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail for reliable, expedited delivery.

Flat Rate: A simple flat rate of $12.90 applies to every order.

Integrity Seals: Our facial creams, balms, and body butters are fitted with pressure-sensitive liners that adhere to the jar upon closing. This ensures your product remains airtight, hygienic, and leak-proof during transit.

Protective & Functional Design: We use Cobalt Blue Glass for specialty sizes to shield potent botanicals from light. Our face oils and serums are fitted with treatment pumps or mister sprays to maintain formula purity. Larger sizes are housed in Recyclable PET.

Signature Presentation: All items are beautifully nestled in blue tissue paper and presented in our signature sage organza bags. For products requiring specific application, a complimentary spatula is included.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal and artisanal nature of our products:

Hygienic Standards: Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Satisfaction Period: If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 10 days of delivery to request an exchange or store credit (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Damaged or Missing Items: If your order is damaged in transit, please email hazel@houseoftreasuresnj.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the original packaging.
