Order Changes or Cancellation

If you are unhappy with our skin, hair or body products, please email hazel@houseoftreasuresnj.com within 10 days regarding an exchange, credit or refund minus the shipping cost. After your return is authorized, you will receive instructions via email.

We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your order. However, due to our commitment to ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot accept cancellations or changes once your order has been shipped.

Missing or Broken Items
We strive for 100% satisfaction, but sometimes things can go wrong. Should your package arrive damaged, please submit an email with a photo of the damaged contents and the original packaging.

Gift cards are not returnable for credit, exchange or refund.

We offer a number of payment options: Debit/Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We do not save your information in our system.

Orders

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is received and processed.

You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days from receipt of payment.
Business days are Monday – Friday.

You will receive an e-mail notifying you that your package has been shipped.
Shipping
We use USPS Priority mail service to ensure prompt delivery. Priority mail generally takes approximately to 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped from New Jersey.
