At House Of Treasures, we craft plant-based skincare, hair care, and body care products with care and intention. Every order is handled thoughtfully to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) EST will begin processing the next business day.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare, hair care, and body care products:

Opened or used products cannot be returned.

If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 10 days of delivery to request an exchange or store credit (shipping fees are excluded).

All returns must be authorized before being sent back; return instructions will be provided by email.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take care in packaging every order, but if an issue occurs during transit:
